What does the JE50ELMSH motor offer to roller shutters?

Plug & play motor, with electronic limit switches. The regulation of the end points can be done:

Automatic: if the roller shutter is assembled with rigid spring and if end slats have stops
Manual or semi-automatic: from a conventional switch and button on the motor head
Manual: from the special programming switch CAREGEL

Detection of obstacles on the descent, to be used with AS1960 or AS1999 safety pulley
Ascent resistance detection (slat displacement, anti-lift locks or blocked by ice)
Motor with 4-wire cable: Neutral (blue) and two wires corresponding to the direction of rotation (black and brown), in addition to the ground. To connect to a fixed switch or other external systems such as receivers, centralization modules or home automation devices
For this type of motor, parallel connection is allowed, it is, the connection of several motors directly to a single switch or other device (a connection of up to 5 motors is recommended)

Plug Play (automatical limit points setting):

Motor JE50ELMSH can fully operate in plug & play mode. If the roller shutters has stoppers on its final slat (seen or hidden) and rigid springs (to fix the slats on the axle), the upper and lower stopping points can be performed automatically. It is even possible to assemble the roller shutter, place it on the window while renovations work and once it is finished, at the third time that roller shutter reaches the maximum opening and closing positions 3 times, it will record these positions as the stopping points

Parallel connection:

Motor JE50ELMSH can be connected in parallel with other motors from this category (ELM). As the parallel connection up to 5 motors is allowed for this kind of motors, by connecting all of them into a single and standard switch they can operate as a group ... simple? very easy

Obstacle detection:

Motor JE50ELMSH has the obstacle detection function. To activate this function, pulley AS1960 or AS1999 must be assembled on the gearbox motor drive:

Once the obstacle detection function is activated, when an obstacle does not allow the roller shutter to go down correctly, motor will be stopped to prevent further damage to both the shutter and the object

The installation of locks on the terminal or any other system to lock the shutter when it is closed is a measure that increases security against openings from the outside.
